HIAWATHA, IA - Rebecca Sue Sands and Sultan E. Karim, both of Hiawatha, announce their engagement.

Rebecca is the daughter of Steve and Sue Sands of Rowley, IA. Sultan is the son of Alnoor and Karen Karim of Elma, IA.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on September 19, 2009, at A Touch of Class in Cedar Rapids.
