Casey and Victoria Reinkoester and Jeff and Julie Jetter are happy to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Chris Jetter and Kathryn Reinkoester. The couple will be married at Backbone State Park and will celebrate their vows at Heartland Acres on October 16th.
