Dr. R. Paul and Terry Penningroth of

Cedar Rapids are pleased to

announce the

engagement of their daughter, Emily, to Ryan P. Phelan, son of Mr. Paul, Jr. and Kathy Phelan,

also of Cedar

Rapids. Both Emily and Ryan graduated from the University of Iowa and are

pursuing graduate degrees in Public Health and Doctor of Pharmacy,

respectively.

The couple will

exchange vows in August 2014.
