Dr. Saturnino and Joan Ortega of Cedar Rapids announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer, to Greg Torgerson, son of Larry and Margie Torgerson of Independence. Jennifer is currently pursuing her doctorate of nursing practice in family nurse practitioner at the
University of Iowa.
Jennifer is employed as a registered nurse at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Greg graduated from Wartburg College with a degree in finance and is pursuing his MBA from the University of
Iowa. Greg is an Assistant VP at BankIowa in Independence. The couple will exchange vows on August 9, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Hiawatha.
