Jessica Miller and Kevin Marks are pleased to announce their engagement and
upcoming wedding. Jessica is the daughter of Christine and Lynn Miller of Walford.
Kevin is the son of Richard and Cheryl Marks of Geneva, IL. The couple met at Western Illinois University and graduated in May of 2014. Kevin is currently a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and Jessica is a volunteer firefighter for the Fairfax Fire
Department. The couple will exchange vows in September at the Veterans Memorial Building in Cedar Rapids.
