Anastasia Rose Haynes wishes to announce the engagement of her parents, Heidi Michalec and Sha-Mar Haynes, both of Cedar Rapids. Heidi is the daughter of Darla Michalec-Paxton of Fairfax and the late Benjamin Michalec. Sha-Mar is the son of Leola Higgenbottom and Edgar Haynes Sr., both of Cedar Rapids.
Heidi graduated from the University of Iowa and is employed by Mod Salon in Cedar Rapids. Sha-Mar graduated from William Penn University and is currently employed at Aramark, Inc.
A September wedding is planned in Cedar Rapids.
