Melchert - Strief

Charles and Rebecca Melchert of Hopkinton, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Jo, to Joseph Nicholas Strief, son of Pat and Donna Strief of Farley.

Stacey received her B.A. from the University of Iowa with a major in History and a minor in Political Science. She is currently employed as a Social Studies teacher in the Iowa City Community School District. Joe graduated from the University of Northern Iowa, majoring in Management Information Systems. He is an IT Business Analyst at the John Deere World Headquarters in Moline, IL.

The couple is planning a 2 p.m. wedding to be held at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Hopkinton on July 17th, 2010, with a reception and dance to follow at the Memorial Hall in Farley.
