April Mahrer of Cedar Rapids and James Merritt of Chula Vista, CA announce their engagement.
April and Jim will be married April 30, 2011, aboard the vintage Steam Ferry Berkeley in the San Diego, CA harbor.
The couple resides in Santee, CA with their two cats. April works as the Resource Coordinator for the American Council
on Exercise (ACE). Jim works in IT and computer services.
April is the daughter of Alan and Nancy Mahrer, formerly of Cedar Rapids, currently Missouri. April and Jim plan to honeymoon in Yosemite and throughout the Midwest visiting family.
