Brandon and Gabrielle Vance are excited to announce the engagement of their mother, Tamara Louvar, to Carl Quick, son of Carl and Clara Quick of Waterloo, IA.
They will be married on August 13, 2011 at the Avacentre in Cedar Rapids. There will be a reception following.
