Together with their parents, Heidi Lanners and Zachary Williams are pleased to announce their engagement. Heidi is the daughter of Dan Lanners and Kathy Spensley of Dubuque, IA. Zach is the son of Gary and Coralie Williams of Hiawatha, IA. They will be getting married later this year in Dubuque on October 29th, 2011.
