Ashley Keenan and Nick Shimmin, both of Iowa City, are engaged. Ashley is a Reading Specialist in the West Liberty school system and Nick is the Director of the West Branch Public Library. Ashley is the daughter of Susan Keenan of Cedar Rapids and the late Robert Keenan. Nick is the son of Robert and Leah Shimmin of Kirkwood, IL. A July 16, 2016 wedding will be held in Cedar Rapids.
