Bobbie Hugo & Phil Williams of Cedar Rapids are excited to announce their wedding on November 11, 2011.

Bobbie is the daughter of Steve and Nancy Hugo of Mason City, IA, and Phil is the son of Myron and Connie Williams of Cedar Rapids.

Bobbie is a 3rd grade teacher in the Linn-Mar Community School District and Phil is a Tennis Pro at Elmcrest Country Club.
