Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hillyer are pleased to announce the wedding engagement of their son Jacob Hillyer to Sara Higgs, daughter of Laura Higgs and the late Michael Higgs. Sara is a teacher in Okaloosa County, Florida Community Schools. Jacob is a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Hurlburt Field in Florida. The happy couple will be married July 29 in Cedar Rapids. They will reside in Mary Esther, FL.
