Ron and Julie Hessenius of Vinton are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Chelsea Hessenius to Justin Tharp, son of
Linda and Ed Felts of Dysart and Bill and
Susan Tharp of Vinton. Chelsea is a 2009
graduate of Vinton-Shellsburg High School and is currently employed as a Communications Specialist at the Benton County Sheriff's
Office. Justin graduated from Union High School in LaPorte City in 2006 and is working for Modern Piping in Cedar Rapids awaiting his apprenticeship with the Local 125 Plumbers and Pipefitter's Union.
A September wedding is planned in Vinton.
