Jerry and Vicki Foubert are pleased to
announce the engagement of their daughter Katie to Mathew Manning, son of Ernie
Manning and Donna Maloney. Katie is a graduate of Iowa Valley High School in
Marengo, IA. She then went on to study Nursing at Kirkwood Community College. Mathew is a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School in Mt. Pleasant, IA. Mat and Katie are both employed by the State of Iowa.
The couple will exchange vows August 16th, 2014 in Cedar Rapids with a reception to
follow in North Liberty, IA.
