Mr. and Mrs. Lans Flickinger of Independence, IA are happy to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Katie Flickinger, to Vijay Vellabati, son of Rameshbabu and Sadgunadevi Vellabati of Sekuru, AP, India.
Katie is a graduate of Iowa State University and is currently employed at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview in Minneapolis, MN. Vijay is a graduate of Texas A&M, Kingsville with a masters in computer science. He works as a Sharepoint Developer for EZ Solutions, Inc. in Eagan, MN.
The couple will wed on December 19, 2011 in Sekuru, AP, India. They will have a ceremony to celebrate their marriage at the First United Methodist Church in Independence on June 23, 2012.
