Mike & Joan Flannagan of Manchester, IA are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Ann, to Joshua Allen Kral, son of Kevin and Kym Kral of Wellman, IA.
Josh is a Quarry Manager for Moyna Materials and Sarah is a Radiographer in Interventional Radiology at St. Luke's Hospital.
The couple will wed on July 9, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Manchester.
