Jim and Mary Beth Ferring of Dubuque are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Ferring, to John Winter, son of Jerry and Patty Winter of Cedar Rapids. The
couple attended the University of Northern Iowa.
Kristin is a Commercial Interior Designer at Office Elements in Cedar Rapids. John is a firefighter for the City of Iowa City. A July wedding is planned in Las Vegas, NV.
