Mike and Deb Drahos of Blairstown are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Lynne, to Alan Randal Mouchka, son of Randy and Karen Mouchka of Belle Plaine.

Heather graduated from the University of Northern Iowa is employed by the Cedar Rapids Community School District as a special education teacher. Alan graduated from Kirkwood Community College and is employed by Specialty Blending Company in Cedar Rapids.

The wedding will take place on November 27, 2010, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Luzerne.
