Parents of the couple are Herb Collins and Joanne Collins of McGregor, IA and Fred and Sharon Kautman Jr. of Dubuque, IA. The bride-to-be and her future husband are both teachers and will get married when it makes the most sense for teachers to marry...in the summer (July 2011).
