Randy and Tracy Clark of Marion, along with Rohland and Robin Freshour of Walford, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Kelsey Rae Clark and Nicolas Elliott Freshour, both of Marion. The couple will exchange vows October 1, 2010, at Bella Sala in Tiffin.
