Chamberlain - Williams

Rex & Debra Chamberlain of Cedar Rapids announce the engagement of their daughter, Tera, to Samuel Williams, son of Greg Williams and Melody Riffey of VA.

Tera is employed as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor with children. Samuel is attending Radford University pursing a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences and History to teach.

A July 30th wedding is planned in Blacksburg, VA.
