Joel Carl and Jan Scharnberg of Mount Vernon, IA are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amelia Marie Carl, to Lee William Kibbie. Lee is the son of Bill Kibbie of Cedar Rapids.
Lee and Amelia plan a March wedding in France, and a local reception in June. The couple will reside in Iowa City, IA.
