The university has conducted more than 600 deep brain stimulation surgeries, according to Greenlee, who’s done many of them. And the hospital recently put out a request for bids from suppliers of deep brain stimulation technology in hopes of keeping its surgical offerings on the cutting edge.

West Willow Elementary students and staff are finding their stride in the first new school building in the Cedar Rapids Community School District to be built in nearly 20 years.
