Delores "Dee" (Hiner) McNeill. Look who's 80 years young! No, I mean look who's 20 years young and no longer a teenager! Delores "Dee" McNeill was born on Feb. 29, 1940. That's right, she's a Leap Year Baby! So that means she is really only 20, if you count her actual birthdays. After many years, Dee retired from Iowa Electric/Alliant Energy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being involved with Trinity-St. James Methodist Church, reading books and spoiling her grandchildren.
