For the 100th time, Happy Birthday, Helen Richmond!
On September 28th, we celebrated Helen’s century on Earth, and the great many lessons she’s taught us along the way. Known simply as "G" to her grandchildren, she has been a devoted and loving mother and grandmother, a loyal friend, devout Christian, attentive listener, avid reader, and die-hard Hawkeye basketball fan. Helen resided in Fort Madison, Iowa until moving to Marion in recent years to be closer to family. Even at 100, Helen can still make the best apple pie around!
