Cornell quarterback John Smith threw for a single-game best last week. He followed that performance with another personal best, passing for 276 yards in the Rams’ 36-24 victory over Beloit Saturday at Van Metre Field of Ash Park in Mount Vernon.
Frershman Joel Lacy leads Cornell College football in rushing yards, entering Saturday’s home game against Knox College. The former New London prep averages more than 6 yards per carry and has seven touchdowns this season.
