DAVENPORT - A 19-year-old Marion woman is accused of helping juveniles escape a Four Oaks facility in Marion where she was a youth counselor, driving them to Davenport and engaging in sexual relations with one of them.
A Scott County criminal complaint accuses Hannah Fitzpatrick of assisting 'the victim and two other juveniles” leave the Four Oaks facility on Feb. 2 and driving them to Davenport. While there, she had sex with one of the juveniles at the 2300 block of West Third Street, according to the complaint.
Fitzpatrick admitted to the act during an interview with Marion police, the complaint states.
Fitzpatrick faces a charge of sexual misconduct with an offender in her custody, an aggravated misdemeanor, punishable by up to two years in prison.
She posted bond Thursday and was released from the Scott County jail. Fitzpatrick was 18 at the time and has since turned 19,
