Teens arrested in vehicle burglaries, sheriff’s office says

Two 18-year-old Oxford residents were arrested over the weekend in connection with a string of attempted vehicle burglaries in Tiffin.
According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched just before 4 a.m. Aug. 22 to the 100 block of Stephans Street in Tiffin for reports of individuals burglarizing vehicles.
The sheriff’s office said deputies arrived a short time later and located two men who they say matched the description of the suspects. Both fled on foot, the sheriff’s office said.
One was apprehended and arrested near Railroad Street and Ireland Avenue, deputies said. An arrest warrant was issued for the second man. He was arrested later.
The sheriff’s office identified the two as Cameron Neuzil and Kain Wallace, both of Oxford.
Neuzil faces charges of third-degree attempted burglary, interference with official acts and public intoxication.
Wallace faces charges of third-degree attempted burglary and interference with official acts.
