Police seek help identifying Cedar Rapids theft suspect

Cedar Rapids police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who stole a backpack and a laptop computer from a Cedar Rapids business.
Police said a white man, 40 to 50 years old and weighing about 300 pounds, entered the business on First Avenue East Jan. 4 between 6:15 and 6:40 a.m. The man can be seen standing at a desk at the business, then walking behind the desk, grabbing the backpack and leaving through the same door he entered.
