A Coralville man pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and unintentionally causing the death of Dawn Stout, 40, of Cedar Rapids, April 1, 2020. He passed another car in a construction area near Palo and crash head-on into a car driven by Stout. Stout died at the scene.

Based on national and judges’ workloads, Iowa should have an additional 24 district court judges.
