A Cedar Rapids woman was arrested and charged with first-degree arson after a fire in a Cedar Rapids apartment building Monday.
A 15-year-old admitted to fatally shooting Michael McCune in February at Tan Tara Apartments in northwest Cedar Rapids. He pleaded as a youthful offender, meaning his sentencing will be delayed until he turns 18. He will be placed in a juvenile facility until that time.
