The Cedar Rapids Police Department issued an Operation Quickfind today for Noah Metcalf, a white 15-year-old boy, weighing 110 pounds, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown hair.
Noah was last seen near Newbo and Czech Village, at 3:15 p.m. Sunday, April 21, and was wearing black pants, black/green Nike Jordans, and a blue Chicago Cubs sweatshirt.
