An Operation Quickfind has been issued for 14-year-old Damaurey Vance
According to a quickfind document from the Cedar Rapids Police Department, Vance was last seen at 1026 A Ave. NE on Nov. 7 at 1:15 p.m.
Vance is described in the document as being a black male, five foot, ten inches in height and weighing 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue pullover sweater, blue-jean pants, red shoes and a black backpack.
The document also notes that Vance has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD, and that he suffers from depression.
