One dead, one seriously injured in shooting on Interstate 80

One person is dead and another seriously injured following a shooting on the westbound Interstate 80 on ramp at milepost 225 Friday night, authorities say.
The incident was reported to the Iowa County Sheriff’s office around 9 p.m. Friday night, officials said in a news release.
The identities of those involved and further details about the incident will be released Monday.
The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, Iowa State Patrol, State Medical Examiner and Williamsburg Police Department are all assisting the sheriff’s office.
