Missouri man faces enticement charge in Iowa City
Police: Man also sent sexual photographs to girl

A 38-year-old St. Louis man is accused of traveling to Iowa City to try and meet an underage girl, police complaints state.
Bryan N. WIlliams was taken into custody around 4:45 p.m. Monday at the prearranged meeting place at Iowa City Marketplace, 1660 Sycamore St., in Iowa City. He is accused of enticing a minor under the age of 16 for sexual purposes, and disseminating obscene material to a minor via telephone.
According to court records, Williams began communicating with a female he believed was under age 16, and during the conversations the defendant stated many times he wanted to engage in sex acts with her. Williams is accused of sending a sexual photo to the female and of making plans to return to the girl’s house.
Williams made an initial appearance Tuesday in Johnson County District Court. He was ordered held on $5,000 bond.
