Iowa City police seeking help in ID’ing armed robber
IOWA CITY — Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a person of interest in an armed robbery at a liquor store Wednesday evening.
Police said a man carrying a gun came into Liquor Downtown, 315 S. Gilbert St., at 9:03 p.m. Wednesday and left with merchandise. No injuries were reported
Police released a photo showing the person they want to talk to. Anyone with information on the man’s identity is asked to call Detective Trai Bunch at (319) 356-5275 or email TBunch@iowa-city.org.
