Inmate fails to return to Linn County Jail, still at large
An inmate failed to return to the Linn County Correctional Center after being released for a job search program.
According to a release from the Linn County Sheriff's Office, Robert Ryan Baer was released at 9 a.m. Monday for a court ordered job search program.
Baer is serving a 90-day sentence for two counts of contempt of court and false use of credit cards.
He is described as a white male, 5-foot-9 and weighing 153 pounds.
