Duchess Cleaners fire determined to be arson
According to the Cedar Rapids Fire Department, Monday morning's fire at Duchess Cleaners, 3905 Center Point Road NE has been determined to be arson.
According to a release, the fire - reported at 4:56 a.m. Monday resulted in a total loss for the building. No injuries were reported.
