Complaint: CR woman allegedly stole vehicle from local auto sales lot

A Cedar Rapids woman faces theft and drug charges after she found in possession of a stolen vehicle and drugs were found in the car.
According to the criminal complaint filed in Linn County District Court, police were called on November 21 to Ross Co. Auto Sales, at 3200 Center Point Road, for a report of a stolen vehicle.
Through their investigation, the complaint states police determined that Julie Ann Miller, 57, had taken the blue Toyota Corolla.
When police made contact with Miller, the complaint states she gave officers false identifying information and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Miller faces charges of second-degree theft, providing false identification information and possession of drug paraphernalia.
