Cedar Rapids woman struck by vehicle, killed on I-380

A Cedar Rapids woman was killed early Tuesday morning when she was struck by a vehicle near mile marker 52 on Interstate 380 in Buchanan County.
According to Iowa State Patrol, Angelica Soto, 21, was walking on I-380 South at about 5 a.m. when she walked into traffic and was struck by a 2007 Saturn Ion.
State patrol said the incident is under investigation.
