Cedar Rapids man charged with pointing shotgun at people, making threatening racial comment
A Cedar Rapids man is accused of pointing a shotgun at several people and using a racial slur Saturday.
The Linn County Attorney's Office charged James S. Fleagle, 57, with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of first-degree harassment after police said he pointed a shotgun at three people at his apartment building at 450 Hilltop Dr. SW Saturday and made a threatening racial comment.
