Cedar Rapids man charged in sexual abuse of child
CEDAR RAPIDS - A Cedar Rapids man is accused of sexually abusing an underage girl last year.
Philip Hall, 48, faces one count of second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony.
According to court documents, the girl provided 'a detailed and graphic statement” describing a series of sex acts that happened Jan. 1, 2017, when she was 10.
