85-year-old driver loses control at Marion Walgreens
No injuries were reported after an 85-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle Sunday afternoon in a Marion Walgreens parking lot.
The incident occurred at the Walgreens store located at 1225 Seventh Ave. at around 3:30 p.m., according to the Marion Police Department.
According to a news release, Helen Stahl, 85, had been driving in the parking lot when she lost control of her vehicle and struck the Walgreens building and a parked car.
The building sustained only minor damage and both vehicles involved were towed from the scene.
There were no injuries.
