18-year-old charged in Linn County with sexually abusing two children under 10

An 18-year-old from Des Moines was arrested Friday in Linn County on charges that he abused two children while he was living in Cedar Rapids a few years ago.
Titus James Kloster is charged with three counts of second-degree sex abuse. According to a criminal complaint, he abused two girls between June 2021 and July 2023, when he was between the ages of 14 and 16. The girls were between the ages of 6 and 9 at the time.
A warrant was issued for Kloster’s arrest on June 11, and he was booked into the Johnson County Jail on Friday, June 13. No contact orders have been filed on behalf of both children.
