16-year-old Fairfax boy charged with sexually abusing teen girls

A 16-year-old Fairfax boy was charged Tuesday in Linn County District Court for sexually abusing three teenage girls from Walford and Marion, according to a criminal complaint.
Isaac David Hall is charged as an adult with three counts of third-degree sexual abuse. He is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl in Walford and a 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl in Marion, according to the complaint. The incidents occurred Jan. 6 and Jan. 10.
According to the complaint, the girls reported the incidents and an investigation was conducted. The 14-year-old girl told investigators Hall forced her to have sex with him against her will.
Hall admitted to police having sex with all three girls, according to the complaint.
If convicted on all charges, Hall faces up to 30 years in prison and a special sentence of lifetime parole for sex offenders.
