1,200 without power in Solon
More than 1,200 Alliant customers are without power in Solon.
According to the Alliant outtage map, the outtage began at 5:09 p.m. Power is estimated to be returned to these customers by 8:00 p.m.
Alliant's coverage map shows that much the town is powered by Alliant, extending from around Highway 1 all the way to Lake Macbride.
Alliant says crew is en route to address the problem.
