Dock Dogs, a national canine aquatics competition, is being put on as part of 'Jump for Freedom” during the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival. It is running from today through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the front lawn of the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library.
