Toby is a young male dog available for adoption through Cedar Rapids Animal Care & Control. Toby arrived as a stray and his origins are unknown, but he has gone from fearful and timid to discovering how good life can be. He’s estimated to be under a year old and so he’ll need continued training, but he’s a great walker, loves to snuggle, and has done very well with other dogs.
