The second Annual NewBo/Czech Village Halloween Parade in Cedar Rapids took place on Saturday, October 27.
The theme of this year's event was 'Tales of Mystery and Imagination” and activities included a Creepy Kid Zone and Freaky Family Costume Contest at NewBo City Market before the parade with a Crawl-O-Ween stopping at bars in Czech Village and NewBo.
